Return information
1.If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package, which is unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (such as deodorizers or cosmetics), odorous and fragrant, worn, torn or obstructed, to receive a refund (excluding original shipping costs). All returned products must be in a 'sellable state'. All products marked as final sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. All clothing must be returned in its original packaging and labeled with the manufacturer's label.
3. Please refer to the "Special Offer Products" section below for more information on returning products purchased at discounted prices.
4.When applying for a refund for a returned product, a $8 restocking fee will be deducted. We offer free return shipping for store credit. You can choose to return the item using your own shipping label, but we recommend using a traceable method. We are not responsible for any items lost during transportation. We currently do not provide return labels for international buyers.
5.We are unable to refund the original shipping fee.
Promotion items
1.All products purchased during the promotion period are final sales.
2.Products marked as final sales cannot be returned or exchanged. If the final sold item is returned in an attempt to obtain a refund, the item will be returned to the buyer.
3. We do not offer price adjustments.

After the package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 working days for processing. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to reflect the payment into your account.

We currently offer exchange services for products of different sizes. We cannot provide exchange services for different colors or styles.
Damaged returns
If the return is damaged, dirty, or without the original label, we will not accept it and will return it to the buyer. We do not accept returns of clothing that have not been approved on our return portal website. There are no exceptions.
Defective items
If you receive defective goods, please notify us within 2 days after delivery.
Once our team provides a return label and approves the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
